What is the max distance for capturing images of a board.
Max 3 meter (9 feet) with iOS / Max 2 meter (6.5 feet) with Android. Depending upon shot angle, lighting and focus.
What is the maximum shooting angle for capturing an image?
Up to 45 degrees on either side of a board. However, this is restricted by shooting distance, lighting and focus.
What devices work with the App?
iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPad with retina display will work with the App. iPhone 3GS, iPhone 3G, iPad2 do not work properly due to poorer camera capability.
What is the size of file data captured?
Approximately less than 1 MB. Size varies depending upon model of whiteboard used, device, distance where photo was shot, amount of writing on the board, etc.
What should I do if I cannot save the image and I get the message: "Could not recognize PLUS Whiteboard"?

When taking a picture, make sure that the entire board is in the picture preview area.

Be sure to have the latest version of the App. Update if necessary.
Why am I unable to send out the file via email, Evernote and/or Dropbox?
Be sure the smartphone's wireless network connection is setup properly and has a sufficient signal.
Why am I unable to print?
Why, when attempting to "Import from Camera Roll" or "Save in Camera Roll", does the display read: "Enable Location Services settings for MTG Sync".
In the case of iOS 5, this message appears only during the first use. To remedy this, go to "Settings" -> "Location Services" and turn "MTG Sync" to "ON".
*You cannot import from and save in "Camera Roll" without activating "Location Services" for the MTG Sync App. This setting allows the device to share the "Board type" information imbedded in JPEG image file.
Why, when attempting to "Import from Camera Roll" and "Save in Camera Roll", does the display read: "Enable to access photos in Privacy settings for MTG Sync".
In the case of iOS 6, this message appears only during the first use. Accept by tapping "OK" or if you choose "NO", go to "Setting" -> "Privacy" -> "Photos" and turn "MTG Sync" to "ON". *You cannot import from and save in "Camera Roll" without accepting to access to "Photos" for MTG Sync. This setting allows the device to share the "Board type" information imbedded in JPEG image file.
Why is the camera shutter slow to close?
In Setting, if "Shoot after stabilized" is set to "ON", the shutter will not close until the camera is stabilized. Turn it to "OFF", if this feature is not needed.
