  2. Visual methods such as diagrams and charts can be used to express ideas.
  3. The writing on the copyboard can be saved after the meeting, and stored on computers in addition to on paper.

1. Prevents confusion and misunderstandings caused by the difficulties in understanding of verbal communication of foreign languages
