Meetings, such as those for updating a product catalog, greatly benefit from the ease-of-use and immediate results of the Captureboard. Since the material to be discussed is projected and visible to everyone, meetings can begin with little or no advance preparation.

The catalog layout is projected on the screen, while changes are written in directly over the current layout. Notes and annotations are made in the blank area of the board. Because the Captureboard functions like a dry-erase board, ideas can be generated quickly and freely since comments can be added or erased.

When everyone is satisfied with the changes, the Captureboard saves the projected image with the written annotations. The result is an immediate final draft of the new layout saved for distribution.

After the meeting, the file generated by the Captureboard can be sent via email to the production company. Work can quickly begin on the new printed catalog.
